Looking to own a server.

Hey there. I'm looking to own my own server, or share with another person actually. I haven't ever coded before, but I'm looking to begin.

I've played RS since classic, and private servers since 2007. I'm 23, I work Monday-Friday, so my co owner would need to be somewhat active too.

I want a 317, maybe a slightly higher revision, somewhat old school. No chaotics or korasi. Maybe at some point lol.

I said I can't provide much help with the actual coding, however I can offer tons of ideas, I know how to get a nice server together. I've been a part of se of the best ones. I can also provide some funding, I just need someone to help me get it going.

I'm not adding my skype for random people to give me the run around, so if you can help me please let me know here. Thanks.
