*Looking to Merchant*

Ive done little merchanting and made as much as 10m.

Ive been out of the game for awhile and i want to make bank, Help me out?
or just work with me to make lots!

What are the best items to use.

Im currently working with 5m

Am i going to see faster profit in high margin or low margin items

 

Not sure what you mean? Are you looking for a merch clan or items to merch? Need to be more specific.

Items to merch could be barrows items or other items such as whips, furies, etc. Or more common items such as runes, logs, etc.

Good items help, but i know all those basic items.
merch clans do sound interesting

 

5m... I'd say look at some god items eg cloaks?

 

Sharks. Buy for 950-1k ea and sell for 1.15-1.2k ea. Buy in bulk, sell in bulk.

The best merch items are Food, Runes, etc..

 

If you have to ask other people what to merch, chances are you're not going to be very successful at any point in time. You need to find items that have either a strong profit margin or a high turnover rate with a smaller margin, and that's work only you should be doing if you want to make decent money.

Used to make bank buying limps 700 ea f2p and selling 1000-1300 each p2p, but that was back in 07.

 

Literally this is what im used to doing, not sharks exactly but for awhile i was buying rune pieces at ridiculously low prices (35k a part and 20k a helm)
35+35+35+20 = 125k -> turned around and sold sets 200k ea
Are these methods something i should stick to? By hand all the hours don't even seem like a good turnover.

But i feel as if not having enough to work with doesn't profit fast enough
Its great in large bulk definitely.

I guess that means just staying on top of the market? Like when party hats were released

Maybe i just feel as if i'd like people to work with. Too much solo time in the game.

 

Theres a lot of things, ess is good to cause they move super fast. Some pots are hard to sell. Just find something and get some good connections.

I dont think im too big on trying to move ess or pots. (Ppots ive done)
and i find herbs are good profit

 

Buy lobbys off p2p botters 200ea, sell in f2p 270ea(but bulk)
or swordies.

 

Green d'hides, Dragon bones, clue items are good ones atm.

 

herbs, pots, fish, steel bars, cannonballs etc, opportunities are abundant.
