Looking to buy bitcoin @ Coinbase rate

Hello everybody, I'm just looking to buy around $20-$50 of bitcoin for now - which I know is a small amount (for just-dice). I want to buy some more in the future, but first I want to see how this goes

Buying at Coinbase rate, there are others here buying at -5%. I cannot buy from coinbase as I do not have a bamk account, and I'm using a student paypal account linked to my dad's. If all goes well, I'll probably buy more in the future

I'd sell you some but I feel like selling BTC to a minor for the purpose of gambling is unethical. If you PM me a scan of your ID I may be able to sell you BTC.
