Looking to buy Archer starter

I'm looking to buy an account that really only has 70+ Range. everything else can be level 1, the only thing that I want to be adamant about is that the attack and strength are level 1.

I'm able to play with either $$ or rs3 gold.

Please let me know if you guys have anything!

Again, 70+ range, 1 attack strength, all other skills quests stats etc are irrelevant.
