Looking to buy a high leveled main

Hi. I am looking to buy an account. I will be paying through paypal. I currently do not have money to buy the account but I will in a few weeks. I would like the account to have the following:
-Maxed or close to maxed combat skills
-Original or mature name
-Absolutely no numbers in the login name, unless the numbers are "part" of the name, I don't want random numbers added on the end of it
-I would like a high slayer level (95+), I might pay extra for this
-I would also like all other skills above 50, preferably higher

The most I am looking to spend is $500 USD, but I may be willing to go higher based on the account. On another note, would anyone recommend buying from gold4rs or usfine? I have found a few account on their sites that fit what I am looking for and in budget but I have read mixed reviews about both sites. Thanks.
