Ok, I know I came out of know where and this is my first post but I only just found out about Runescape ‘Cheats’ when I went looking for something to fish lobsters out of Catherby while I do a piss ( lol ). When I found this I saw you can make your very own runescape server, So I downloaded Moparscape ( Cant remember the version, but I think it’s the latest cause I downloaded it like 3 weeks ago or something. ) and I edited some of the files which screwed it up so I reinstalled it and just edited the NPC spawns with success. So after some discussion with my friend we want to make a Community built off the server, but we need help.. By help I mean some people who are willing to stay with the community and help build it. So these are the positions I am looking for at the moment:
2 Web designers
2 Story board / Event writers
4 Scriptors
1 Graphic Designer ( Makes the pictures for the website, and sometimes help out a little bit with the website. )

Here are some of my Ideas I want done with the server. We will start off with 3 Kingdoms – Vorrock, This kingdom is under constant battle with the Kingdom of Flandor, They thrive on bartering and have a great economy, They have strict rules and don’t enjoy people just woundering in from other towns. Flandor, This Kingdom is in battle with Vorrock over turf, They thrive on mining and their economy is a bit low but their stock is high, They are short tempered and love to use their jail cells when things get a bit hard for them. Lumbridge, This kingdom is also known as the Town of Peace, but when you piss them off they can come out with a vicious sting, they have a balanced economy and stock, They thrive off they wood supply.
The Kings
Vorrock – Zamarok
Flandor – Saradomin
Lumbridge – Guthix
Later on I would be happy to add other kingdoms ( Catherby, Karamja, Yanille, Ardougne, etc.. )
Now, for some questions.
Can you make it so certain people cant use magic?
Can you change tele other, so it tele’s them into a jail for a certain amount of time?
Can you make it so when then king of vorrock talkes it always red? Or when the king of flandor talks its blue?
Can you script a key that works for a door but that door is always lock unless you have the key?
If so I would like to add this into my server.
If you havnt noticed by now, Im trying to make a Role Playing server with ranking within a kingdom instead of a stat based server. You have peasants instead of noobs, You also have Workers, Knights, Guards, Sir’s, Merchants, etc..
I would also like to script this, I defiantly know no other server in the world has this and I was hoping it could be done, I would like to have buyable houses. This is how it would work, Someone posts on the forums that they would like a house, the Real-estate Faction would then price the house and give a quote on how much Gold Pieces, Wood and Ores it will cost. When he has paid for the house, He gets a key and only that key could open the door, If he looses the key, he tells the Real Estate and he pays a small fee and gets the key back. You could also buy a pet, for example a dog, and the dog would walk around the house ( for fun.. ) or you could buy a NPC to help clean your house, or guard your house. So if someone tryes to enter the house guard would attack him. I think this would be a GREAT idea if its scriptable.
