I am looking for a VCC that can instantly verify my Paypal account (US based).. it has stuck funds that I want to transfer to my original Paypal account.

If anyone can help, lemme know. Im willing to pay via pp..

Unfortunately, this isn't allowed. You can however, ask to purchase prepaid visa/mastercards (that have a balance of at least $0.01) which does the same thing I believe.

You will need a bank account to "verified" a PayPal account, not a credit card.
