Looking for someone to play/teach me about WoW

Just looking for someone who is good/experienced at the game and wouldn’t mind teaching me the basics etc - nothing serious just as and when for fun.

I have played the game before and have a couple of lvl 100 accounts but want to become a lot better at the game and learn to play it properly.

Your best bet would be watching YouTube tutorial videos, and practice, especially if you're meaning "getting better" competitive wise.
