Have a load of experience with questing in the past. Completed RFD/MM/DT etc many times, with and without prayer/defense. Unfortunately all I have is an album of Nomad kills from EOCscape which can be found here. To complement this, below is an image of me completing MM at 31 combat.

For now I'm going to be putting a 40 defense requirement on caping, however will open up to 1 def accounts in the future.
