    Looking for someone to built me a "MEME" website ($$)
    Hello!

    I'm starting another website although i don't know much about PHP only basic HTML, i have no clue where to start as soon as i get my layout.

    I want it to be similiar to 9gag.com

    where you could:

    - Log in with your facebook account to comment / like / share
    - Upload system
    - Create your own meme (with certain pictures..)


    can further discuss price, etc on msn
