So i've been looking all over the place for a decent, trustworthy looking power leveling service and i'm having a lot of trouble doing so..it might be due to the demands i have set:

The character that i currently want leveled has 52 attack and 39 strength. I would like both of these stats to not be touched and stay the same. ( you may level to 40 strength if absolutely needed.) What i would like power leveled is my defence level. Which is currently 61. I would like it to be leveled up to anywhere from 80-99. ( DEPENDING ON PRICE)

I am willing to pay good for quality service. Playerauctions powerlevelers seem to have a little too much business for me to even get my voice heard over there...lets see if sythe is having the same issue.
