price of sgs?

why is it at 52m? its almost as much as an ags! any logical reason?

Very useful for slayer, and PvM (possibly being merched)

 

There's tons of inflation overall on OSRS due to the masses of people farming zulrah/wyverns. A lot of useful items/resources like chins, dbones, etc. have also gone up significantly as more and more people are able to afford them to use for skill training.

 

As mentioned above. And the fact SGS basically means no food used for slayer. Very handy weapon.

 

well it was always the same, yet it has increased nearly +100%, and ags is still at 55m.

 

Wow, I didn't realize they were this expensive! It makes sense, since it's the most useful Godsword out of all of them.

 

Most useful for PvM at least. Overall I'd still say AGS is god.

 

AGS is only useful in PvP whereas the SGS is viable in multiple instances, and arguably has the best special attack in the game.

Furthermore, Armadyl godwards has been simplified with the emergence of the chinning technique, thus it's being farmed more and supply has increased. AGS has dropped like 10m and the SGS has increased by like 15m, for reasons stated.

 

Slayer and bossing, the special attack on the sgs is very useful as it heals hp.
