Looking for pure/starter account

Hi, I am new to the Sythe forums but have been a long time member of other runescape communities, I am interested in a starter pure, or pure account in 07 scape.

I currently only have paypal and i am willing to spend a max of $50. All my accounts were banned in the recent banwave, which is why i have no other payment method.
