Looking for people who know much about servers

Hey my Cooldude123, Also Zeonixy.

Well the basics,
Jagex ruined Runescape by editing pest control, editing dueling, editing merchanting, editing pking.

Well my idea was to make a private server almost without bugs, so people can train just in pest control, on npc or whatever.
People can make money by dueling, merchanting.
Money can also be made by skilling.
Xp rate is higher than normal Runescape.
Want moving fire cape.
Want skillcapes if you got a 99 skill.
Max combat 126 like it was real.
I don't want re-colored items.

Why do i do this?

Well pking was the most wonderfull thing on whole runescape, i guess alot people agree with me. On this server i want to make it like old rs 2 again where people can enjoy the game.

What i need?

I'm not very experienced yet with scripting etc. To make this server working need people who knows alot of Java Scripting, Servermaking etc.
I also need a starting Client and Source. Where we can begin to make this wonderful server.
