Looking for instagram/twitter bot

The bot will do the following
follow 5-10 accounts i tell it too
save videos to database (videos are tweeted/instagrammed out by accounts i tell bot to follow)
every 3-4 hours release one of the videos with a comment
Have a repository of comments i will provide
