Issues with venezuelan and chinese account sellers

Hey all I'm new to buying and selling on this site, so please forgive. This is my experience so it represents no one else's. But I've bought accounts off of other sites that I will not name from both venezuelan and chinese sellers. The prices were very cheap compared to the other sellers, but always seemed to be damaged goods. for example:
-they would say offence free but then have a 14 day past macro ban
-they would advertise as a 50 mil bank and then have like 5 mil on them
-one account I got was straight up banned for macroing...

I've not had the same problem buying from any other sellers (American, indian, European etc..) anyone else run into this issue? Or have I just had bad experiences?

 

Hi it's best to avoid these sellers as there are a lot more risks involved when dealing with them and eventually you will end up paying twice cuz u wanted to save a few $

 

All major sales on PA are via Chinese sellers, I don't see mass negative feedback do you?
