Looking for help on ban appeal!!

I was botting for a while, and i got some cash on my main. I didnt play for about 3 weeks.. and when i came back i was banned for macroing.. and i only did it for about a couple days. i know its dumb... but it banned me nov. 11 when i wasnt even at home, i was a couple hours away from my house. i didnt play for about 3 weeks before that.. someone help me think of a ban appeal so i can get it unbanned. please

Well since the time was a huge gap, you could say you were scammed, make a sob story, etc.

Dearest Jagex,

You recently banned my account for macroing. I have an explanation of what I think happened.

You see, the date that you banned me on for macroing was the day that I had a close call with my password. You see I had gone to login and for about 5 minutes I was stumped. It then came to me, but I thought "What if it happens again and I can't remember it then?!?" So I used a word document and typed my password in.

Me and my brother share a computer, so he must have found the doccument with my password in it. He began botting on it like hell because he was mad at me for not giving him some gp because he started not too long ago and is poor compared to me.

The reason for the ~three week gap in playing is because my parents got mad at me for playing runescape so much and made me stop
