Looking to find someone who will do a HAND only service on a fresh level 3 HCIM.

Looking for 1-70 Mining, account will be fresh off TUT. Island and I'll provide the bond.

I'll be paying £30 via Skrill or OSRS gold, choice is yours, however I will not be going first so anyone offering to do the service just to turn round and ask is wasting both off our time.
