    Hiya guys =)

    Im making a private server and i need some guides and before you say look on mopar I HAVE.. The guides on mopar have changed ALOT.. anyways if anyone cud link me some guides or even tell me how to..

    Add shops + npcs
    Change starting area = When you log in you are in a new place :)

    right now them 2 things are the the 'MAIN' things i really wanna know :)
