Vrcel is a GREAT one. Usually only about 20 people on atm, but the exp rates are 12.5x so there is a bit of skilling and a bit of pking atm. The mods hold some sweet events and are pretty cool. Also the admin, skyline55, is going to release a pk server that will be extremely similar to Storkpk once he gets enough money to host a dedicated server.
