[EX-ADMIN|MOD-OMM] Need someone to post ads for my Instagram page [$1000+ DONOR]

So I've got an Instagram page on which I need to post ads.
I can't do this myself because I don't want to create a business account.
The Instagram promotes a website which sells replica clothing (this isn't allowed on Instagram, but the page itself is fine - it doesn't mention replica anywhere just pics of clothes)

I need someone to post these ads for me where we go over target audience etc and then you launch the campaign. I will pay you BTC and you handle the budget. You will be the ads manager.

I'm not looking to spend a ton. Like €20-€50 ads here and there, so you just stay stand-by for when I want to launch an ad or do a giveaway, this is not a huge thing.
Just need someone with some experience and a business account manager where I can link my Insta acc to to do this for me.

To clarify: I don't need someone creative to create the ads. I provide EVERYTHING (the ad itself/target audience etc) all I'm looking for is someone who can post it.
