Looking for editer for xbox vids!

I ordered my PVR Yesterday, and i'm looking for a talented editor to help me edit my videos. Payments will be made through paypal. I need some graphics done too, for at the end of the youtube videos, with buttons for 'subscribe' etc, and images for the beginning of the videos saying my name, there wont be too much video editing as i'm mostly a Zombie player, but i will be making a montage every two months or so, the main job at the minute is for the Images for the youtube video.
