Looking for duo queue partner

Hey, I'm not sure if this is the right place so forgive me if it isn't. I'm looking for a higher division partner to duo queue with me a few times in either normal or ranked and help me sort out my gameplay. I'm silver 3 right now and I'm having some issues climbing. Someone who has a microphone to skype would be preferable =p

NA, or?

[TheCoon]

server?

[LoLSmurfin]

I could potentially play a game or two with you later if you'd like. I think I have a smurf that's somewhere in the gold MMR range?
