Looking for decent level 80+ account

I'm looking to buy a decent level 80+ account.

The account must-
Have at least level 80 magic with Deseret Treasure completed
Be over a total level of 1150
Be hand trained
Be reasonably well quested (over 100 qp is good)

I will ONLY trade with trusted members and will use a mm. I just want to be as safe as possible.
