Looking for coder for RSPS!

Hi guys I am looking for 1-2 rsps coders to work with me on a project. What I am looking for is someone who has made a couple servers in the past, can patch dupes and glitches, add custom areas/ items, ect. This will be a long project and will reward us both greatly in the future.

718 Will also work on lower revisions.

How much experience do you have in coding?:
I study software engineering and know how to code in java. www.ludanx.com was our own rsps but unfortunately we had to stop it.

Would love to do this with a pro-coder but goodluck finding one, I also would like to know what your budget is if that's possible. I don't mind working solo if it's needed.
