I'm looking for someone (Newcomer/Member/...) that is willing to make me some accounts!
I will make the accounts and put a bond on it along with 450-600k cash for supplies (will not re-supply during the training).
Looking for someone who can do this fast and you may bot, but whenever a account is banned I'll charge you -4$ for the bond/cash.

Account 1 requirements are simple:
40 Att
80+Str
1 Def
1 Prayer/Ranged/Mage

Account 2 requirements are more then simple:
85 Mining

this is just an example.

I'm paying in PayPal, I have 25+ vouches for paying with PayPal so a chargeback won't be happening.
I'm looking at 20-25$/account (we will discuss this price range on Skype).
Do not post here if you are asking way above this rate, newcomers/members feel free to post as well !
As of today a deposit of 3M will be needed to make in order to do the powerleveling as I've been scammed a numerous time for the 3M that I supply on each account.

It does, but 22.5-25$ is worth it considering you can train up to 3 accounts at a time.
