I would want the following stats on the account:

Stats : 51 agility, 75 range, 75 mage, 70 def


You would have to pay for the supplies which will be reimbursed upon completion.
Payment : 60m, will be upon completion.

For example you could splash while sleeping using the steroid client if you would want that.
With the fact you can do multiple accounts at once for a bigger payment upon completion.
