Looking for account with range and mage

Hey there! I'm looking to get back into Runescape. I am looking for a starter account with the levels that I can't be bothered to train:

- Must be from a trusted seller. Absolutely no chance of me buying if you are not trusted. If you are not the first owner, then you are only as trusted as the person you bought it from.


- preferably high mage
- decent range
- low to medium melee skills. Only high if it has slayer
- a moneymaking skill is a plus, but by no means required
