2. I doubt someone will do near 50 qp for absolutely free.

3. Why don't you just do them little by little? It's not hard. I hated it and before you know it, i got a quest points cape.

Somehow... I think this is one you either need to pay A LOT for, or do yourself... Quests have a hefty fee on them, and seeing as though you are rejecting people who are more trusted than you yourself, you need to re-think your deal.
