To be honest, steam dealing can be seen as hacking but also not hacking. If reflex180 is buying steam accounts from a legitimate dealer who has obtained the accounts legally and can provide proof of purchase to his or her buyer, there is nothing wrong.

However, I see blupig's point because how many users on Sythe have lists and lists of account names and passwords that have been legitimately acquired...
