You have to pay for the work when it's finished. If you don't actually pay for the work, you could just use it on another forum and claim you're not "using" it on Sythe.

Yea but i mean like if you make me one as a sample I dont have to pay for the sample etc. and yes Im fine if you use a watermark as that is a proper way to do it anyways

 

That what I meant, lol. What I meant is as follows: He wanted you to design the product for him and he wasn't going to pay for it unless he uses it. So he could just lie and not pay you and use it on another forum anyway.
