    I'm looking for a new laptop, something with a decent processor and good gpu

    my budget is $700

    Yup, that's where I would highly recommend getting yourself a laptop. You can generally find nice deals on newegg for pre-built laptops, but xoticpc has great prices, excellent support, and best of all...nearly every laptop they sell is customizable in some fashion or other. highly recommend looking there first.
