Looking for a low lvl miner.

Looking for a low level miner, preferably level 3. MUST have around 80 mining, 85 mining i would be most interested in.

CONDITIONS
No recoveries
No Bank pin
Hopefully never had members.
No black marks
MUST supply old passwords and previous recoveries i will get a mm to check if they work.
MUST use an official mm.

How much will i pay?
Depends on how i like his stats so that means his combat level and mining level. I'm willing to pay decently well. Post stats, price and MSN here.
