So if you can't with PP, then you should be able with: Moneybookers, Liberty Reserve, WebMoney, AlertPay, Western Union / Money Gram, Bank Wire / SWIFT transfer, etc., isn't it ?

I can't use any of those , i don't have creditcard. I'm only 14 years old and trying get the game i want.

There is a kid PayPal account access. Your father/mother can transfer funds from his bank account into your PP acc and then you can use the money. Also, not 100% sure, but you can (should) also be able to "upload" funds directly by going to your local bank. For the US... it's easy, yeah. But not for the other countries >,<.
