Looking for a Fire Caping Guide

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had a link to a Fire Caping guide for my main. I don't want a Rune Pure Fire Caping guide. I would also appreciate it if the guide had pics of the inventory/what the character wears. Thanks (And sorry if this is in the wrong forum. If it is can a mod move it for me? Thanks)
