Looking for a decent account

Looking to get back into the game. I sold my old account before i quit along time ago and im eventually looking to buy a good account with some 99's. I dont want a maxed out main.
Something along the lines of:

• High Attk
• High Str
• High Mage/Range
• High HP
• High Prayer
• Decent lvled skiller stats
• LOTS of quests done

And i'll only buy from super trusted people. Preferably a mod. I can use any payment method because I'm an adult and have my own shit. If you just joined or are trying to scam, dont bother i've been browsing these forums for about 2 years now.
