Looking for a $700-800 PC build

As the title says I'm looking for a cheap $700-800 PC build which supports upgrades in the future.

Tom's hardware has $1600, $1000, $800, and $600 every quarter or so. Not positive on that though.

That is their last $800 build.

 

They say to get the 7870, but wouldn't the GTX 660 be a better card? and I'll most likely spend more and get a 660 ti.
