Anyways, back on topic, he shouldn't have been driving if he was that drunk/sleepy. People need to use common sense before they go out driving. And the VERY first thing you do before you even start the car is USE THE DAMN SEATBELT! Sure it can cause some problems if you're flying forward, but not in this case. I think he wouldn't be so banged up if he survived.
