    Why is this a suggestion, just report the thread its in and say its not in existence anymore.

    I've had probably a few dozen rule changes fixed just by reporting it.

    Rules get outdated, if ur MODIFYING the rule then it needs to go by the community, if your UPDATING it you just need to report it really.

    I support but this really doesn't need to pass :v
