Eh, I like the first one a lot. It's very bold, and catches my attention. I love the mountain design at the top, with the white against the black, for the strong effect. Quite simple, but beautiful.
The second one's not that bad...It seems a bit too simple and attemping to be fancy in my opinion. Not that bold, and doesn't catch my attention too much.
