Logitech mouse warranty replacement

Sadly my g403's scroll wheel is broken, it wont scroll up and down pages and the scroll wheel itself will spin "infinitely" which it is not supposed to do.

I ordered my g403 on amazon less than 3 years ago which is the warranty time period but I don't have the box of the product, but I do have the amazon receipt and all the serial numbers since they are on the mouse itself.

Anyone who has had experience with the Logitech warranty replacement what did they ask you to provide them? Did they require the box as proof of you owning it? how long did it take them to send the replacement item?
