As you know i've disputed before and skele said that I have to pay back the member which i was willing to do

I'm kind of confused. Your Sythe account was hacked? If so, you still have to pay back what was scammed as you are responsible for your account.

Also, I believe that it's not my fault that that member is not active on sythe anymore, skele said to me on msn that if he doesn't reply within a week I will remain banned, a week later, no reply. Skele has been ignoring me on msn ever since and I want to know how i can get unbanned.

Also, you can check the ip at the time of the scam and the ip used to create the account to prove i didn't do it
