heres wut i want to happen: The grand exchange (as said earlier) possibly syncing the worlds in some sort?

now i dont think thats happening because i can get MOST of RuneScape to work (forums, hiscores...)

Could it be a storm? RuneScape is set up on different servers around the world.. RuneScape.de is offline as well =/
