I tried logging into Sythe and got this:

I then re-freshed and it logged me in.

I guess it's was a proxy error. Nothing to worry about.

Proxy error i just got that but in PM version etc.

Simple error, if everything seems intact then I wouldn't worry about it. I get the occasional strange message now and again but a refresh and it goes away.
