Locked out of my account twice now

I had confirmed my email address on my forum account as well as sent in a picture of my drivers license matching the name of the email for my account when i came back after years of not being on. I'd like to come back now to get some accounts and get back into RS again. I have my photo ID and everything else on call so please help me get back into my account asap. thanks.

 

We will reset your password for you once you provide a screenshot of a virus scan as well as resecure your email. Once you regain access to your account, we recommend that you add 2fa to your account for an extra layer of security.
