    no to reset you have to push the small button in and hold it for 10+ seconds. dont do that.

    unplug the router for 30 seconds. then plug it back in. that will RESTART it. keeping your password and everything the same.

    I doubt they are banning all accounts on your IP, especially for account sharing. Reason being, you could login at multiple places, that doesnt mean you are sharing your account.
