Locked accounts on Runescape!

Ok.. I recently bought a account on here.. and the day afterwards it got locked cuz they "Suspected" that someone else know the password. Is there anything specific that makes the lock a account immidiatly? (when i got the account i changed the pass/and set new recovs right away.. is this why it got locked so fast)..?

Ok now something else.. when u try to get it unlocked they always say it "MAY" take up to 3 days.. but 99,5% of the accounts take atleast 3+ days..? Why is this..? I mean.. when u recover for a password.. dont u have to prove ur the owner? That only takes a hour tops.. maybe 2 hours.. but never longer then a day.?

And this :.. Does anyknow knows if there has been posted on forums about the thing i wrote above here.. since i'd like to rant about it on the runescape forums itself. But i dont have a member account to post.. Is there any1 else that is able to rant about. Or a member acc i can lend to rant on it..?
