Locked account after buying it

This isn't much of a problem as the seller provided me with all of the information required to recover the account, but I submitted an appeal and I was wondering how long it takes usually before it is unlocked?

For unlocked accuonts it usually takes from 3-5 days.

Happen to me once I appealed and it took them nine days to respond DENIED -.-

They usually deny it unless the appeal was made on the I.P of creation.
