Welcome to my thread requesting a high pardon!
======== Background/History =======
My sythe account dates back to Febuary 2011, over a year ago now, where my sythe journey began. Over the year or so I was a member of sythe, I reached a post count of over 150, accumulated 15+ vouches and dealt with over $11,000 USD. I became a trusted and well regarded trader in the RSGP trading industry.
One of sythe's biggest gold sellers, KMJT, said "I wouldn't be where I was today without you" to me once (ask him if you like!!)... This quote is indicative and represents an example of what I brought to the sythe community and it's members!

======== My Demise/Ban ============
Basically, I was involved in a dispute recently which resulted in my account being perm banned. Throughout the scam report process I incorporated many lies in an attempt to cover my tracks however if I had been honest from the start I believe I might not have been banned.
What happened was:
I stayed at my girlfriends for the night and left my computer with my MSN and sythe logged in -my brother took assumed my identity on my MSN and Sythe account for the night and took an opportunity to scam a fellow RSGP seller for $141 worth of gold.
When I found out this the next day, instead of telling the truth in my scam report I used a story that an imposter had stole my identity and scammed Heezy because I thought it would be easier to prove versus the truth.
However I eventually came out with the truth and came clean which resulted in my ban. I ISSUED A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION which Zerkerfist is aware of and can be checked on his post on the initial scam report thread!
========= What now/Future =======
Seeing as I issued a FULL REFUND and COMPENSATION for the incident and taking into account my good reputation and trustworthy profile on sythe I would hopefully like to be able to become part of the Sythe community again!
KMJT's words about me show that I brought something to the Sythe community and I would like to resume bringing things to sythe and it's members!
I would like to continue trading and open the RSGP Gold Shop that I had planned on opening (I had got the graphics made and everything in preparation!) : http://img72.imageshack.us/img72/3001/lmaojakethread.png!
As part of this gold shop that I was planning to open I was also going to become a sythe donator and still plan on doing that!!
The fact that I had the graphics made shows that I wasn't out to throw away my hard earned sythe reputation over a small $141!!
Basically, I regret so much that I let my brother take the opportunity to ruin all my hard work on Sythe (however I acknowledge that I am responsible for leaving my computer on!) and am so disappointed of the image that people on sythe now have of me, as this isn't actually me and what I'm like!
I would like another opportunity to rectify that ^^!
====== Conclusion ============
Basically, the incident was my responsibility for leaving my computer on (and I have punished my brother!!) and I wish it never happened. But it is what it is, and those involved have been returned to their original position before the incident so nobody has been left hurt nor out of pocket!
Ideally I would love to become a part of the Sythe community again and continue trading! I already missing coming on and seeing what people are doing in the Runescape trading world! It was such a big part of my free time I feel lost without it! Im sorry this has happened but never would have intentionally let anything like this happen!
I garuntee nothing of this sort would ever happen again, and I would be happy to satisfy this garuntee by becoming a Sythe.org donator.
