How they scammed: i sent 200k then he wouldn't send me any money so i asked for my money back he said no either send the rest or don't message me

Hope he dosent comeback can you ban his ip ?

 

Did he confirm the Skype name to you on Skype?

Also, you say "Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I pm'd him my skype on here" - but the image is of a Skype conversation, can you alter that?
